Where do your tours leave from?
For those driving to the village tours usually start and finish in the Plaza de España in Villamanrique de la Condesa where there is free parking. We can collect you from your accommodation in the local area at no cost and from other locations, if the distance is feasible, at extra cost. Please ask for a quotation.
What time do your tours start and for how long do they last?
Tours normally begin at 09:00 hrs and, light permitting, finish at around 18:00 hrs. However, we are not clock-watchers and it is quite common for tours to go on longer if the birding requires it and the client is not in a hurry to leave.

Could you organise accommodation for us?
Yes, we are more than happy to assist clients who are booking a  tour with us. Some options are shown here. However, if you have another preference we can assist in making the booking for you. Please don't hesitate to ask.
Should I bring a packed lunch?
A packed lunch gives us more flexibility during the tour and so we recommend you do bring one with you. However, we can call at a local café for lunch if you prefer but this may require a detour. We are happy to accommodate your wishes. DO BRING PLENTY OF WATER TO DRINK. It can get very hot out there and it's a long day!
Are you able to book flights for us?
Unfortunately we are unable to book flights for you. You can book online with many of the budget airlines inclucing Ryanair, Easyjet, Vueling, Clickair and Air Berlin.
To which airport should we book our flight?
Seville is the most convenient. However Jerez (1 hour 20 minutes) and Faro, Portugal (1 hour 55 minutes) are options.
Do I need to bring walking boots?
We do not normally walk in areas requiring special footwear. I usually wear sandals for much of the year! In wet weather stouter shoes will be more suitable.
Do you require a deposit?
For day tours generally we do not. However for longer tours, especially those where we have to book accommodation, we will require a 10% deposit at the time of booking, the balance to be received by us two weeks before the start of the tour. 
How can I pay?
For day tours cash (euros) on the day is fine. Electronic transfer in advance to our Spanish bank account is ok. We also accept PayPal and credit cards in advance with an additional charge of 3.5% to cover their costs. If you would like to pay in this way please ask and we will email you a PayPal invoice which you can pay online.
